ExhibitOne Integrates an Audiovisual Broadcasting Solution to Communicate With the Citizens of Apache Junction in Arizona
Mission:
Design a customized audiovisual system with the ability to record and broadcast city council public meetings. In addition, the meetings need to be archived and easily accessible to the citizens of Apache Junction.
Solution:
To help facilitate awareness between the city and the community, ExhibitOne’s audio visual professionals designed and integrated a post-production environment that successfully captures computer video and converts it for television broadcast and recording.
ExhibitOne’s solution enables the City of Apache Junction to broadcast city council meetings over local cable networks and provides the ability to record all public meetings. The citizens are able to obtain free copies of the meetings on both DVD and VHS. The ability to broadcast these meetings enhances awareness of a wide spectrum of interests. For example, citizens can be informed of city hall artist projects, home buyers assistance and city funding for community needs. Moreover, knowing the details of events, such as goods collection and city clean-up, helps to bring the community together.
Key features and benefits:
Improves service to the public sector
Archive to DVD and/or VHS
Broadcast over local TV network
Delivers information more efficiently
Assists in accuracy of meeting minutes production
Saves time and money
Increases productivity with clear communication
The City of Apache Junction is familiar with ExhibitOne’s ability to provide effective audiovisual solutions. In 2004, NIC (prime contract holder) selected ExhibitOne to design an innovative audio reinforcement system that improved the overall sound and comprehension of the hearings for the city court. This familiarity and satisfaction with ExhibitOne’s work ethic and abilities made ExhibitOne the obvious choice to provide the Apache Junction City Council a state of the art audiovisual broadcasting solution.
