ExhibitOne Enables Collaborative Communication and Monitoring with Audiovisual Integration at First National Bank of Arizona.
The solution entails connecting 3 separate rooms to remotely monitor and share data from a centralized network operations center (NOC) which safeguards the bank from a potential network failure or a
crisis situation.
Below is an overview and functionality of each room:
NOC (Network Operations Center)
Troubleshooters and network monitors reside at the NOC. Utilizing a two projector set up and a satellite feed, they access multiple connections to the network to diagnose potential problems or crisis situations.
War Room
The War Room is comprised of intermediate managers that brainstorm based on diagnosis. They utilize an electronic white board and a projector to diagram and analyze the situation.
Executive Boardroom
This is where the executives of the bank reside in a crisis situation. Utilizing a quad view splitter, computer data feeds from the NOC and the War Room are fed into the projector system. From this location, the executives can teleconference with team members for feedback and status. They can also connect to other facilities throughout the US.
