We are seeking a sales professional for business development of audio/visual technologies in corporate and government accounts. Applicants must have a minimum of five years of successful outside B2B sales experience in the audio/visual environment. This position will be based in metro-Phoenix.
Responsibilities – Seek out and penetrate corporate and governmental institutions having potential or existing requirements for improved communications and presentation capabilities. Drive sales with the assistance of engineering and marketing functions to expand the company’s client base.
Requirements – The successful candidate must have demonstrated skill in selling and generating high levels of revenue. The candidate must be a technology professional with a proven track record in direct sales to corporate and/or government clients at the executive level. Emphasis is on audio/visual and videoconferencing systems. Must have the ability to identify business problems and apply technology to create a solution. Must display excellent communications skills, present a professional image and be able to work in changing environments.
Experience – five years direct outside sales experience in selling to the private, education and/or government sector
Education – an associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred
