Job responsibilities & duties include - Ability to lead a team of up to four Installation Technicians. Set up and balance audio & video systems from the ground up. Read and follow signal flow CAD drawings. Equipment and parts fabrication, installation & service of advanced-technology audiovisual systems along with wiring, cabling, retrofitting, rack building/modification, electronic & a/v systems testing and other related skills.

Job requirements include - Must have excellent communication skills, present a professional image and be able to work in a changing environment along with the ability to troubleshoot equipment or system problems. Experience in the setup of DSP audio systems and distributed video systems required. This job entails significant travel within the USA. A police background check is required. Present or recent military security clearance or police background clearance is a plus.

Experience - At least 4 recent years of commercial audio, video and videoconferencing systems along with general wiring, rack building, general & specific assembly, hands-on, electronic testing skills required. Related experience would include: setup of DSP audio systems and distributed video systems, commercial a/v systems installation & service, commercial broadcast or studio systems installation & service, military communication-broadcast (with a/v endorsement) installation & service, commercial theater or stadium a/v systems plus, commercial videoconferencing systems installation, service & operation.

Education - A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required. Additional training at an accredited: trade school, technical school, military technical school, college, commercial a/v product school or industry apprenticeship would be a definite plus! CTIA certified candidates will be given priority.
