CHANDLER, Ariz. – Dec. 5, 2003—ExhibitOne Corporation announced today that it has partnered with PEC Solutions to participate in the development of a Digital Data Management System for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). The system will be used to facilitate hearings regarding the Department of Energy’s expected application for construction authorization for a High Level Radioactive Waste repository at Yucca Mountain, Nevada.

ExhibitOne has been tasked with designing and integrating a state-of-the-art evidence presentation system for the Yucca Mountain hearings. The system will be used to display documents/exhibits from a database projected to contain over 50,000 documents, including audio and video evidence. This represents potentially the largest evidentiary record ever compiled in an NRC hearing.
